🧀 CASHEW QUESO 🧀
1 cup raw cashews
½ cup diced red bell pepper
½ cup nutritional yeast
1 ½ tsp sea salt
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
½ cup filtered water
Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until creamy. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with chopped pickled jalapenos and fresh cilantro. Enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips!
