Sometimes, you just gotta eat a whole cucumber! Today we’re hopping on the cucumber salad trend and showing you how to eat a whole cucumber, Seed to Sprout style
CUCUMBER SALAD
1 Cucumber
2 tbsp. Crispy Chili Oil (Grab ours in store or on our website)
1 tbsp. Agave Nectar
1 tsp. Gluten Free Tamari
½ tsp. Sea Salt
1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
Sprinkle of Cilantro
Fresh Grated Ginger (to taste)
Thinly slice an entire cucumber into a mason jar (feel free to use a Mandoline if you have one!) Add in your oil, agave nectar, tamari, sea salt, apple cider vinegar, cilantro & ginger. Shake it up and enjoy! Feel free to let it sit for a bit to really let the dressing marinate.
