Electrolyte Drink

Anyone else in need of some serious hydration this week? We gotchu! Let’s make a quick and easy electrolyte drink together (minus the added sugars and dyes 😉)

Combine:
💧 8oz. Filtered water
🥒A few slices of Cucumber (or Watermelon!)
🍋Lemon Juice from Half a Lemon
🍯1 Tbsp Agave Nectar (or Honey!)
🧂¼ Tsp Quality Sea Salt (we love @redmondrealsalt)

Top with ice, mix, & enjoy!
