What recipes and content are included?

Our cookbook features over 80 of our most beloved plant-based recipes, including smoothies, breakfast bowls, salads, sandwiches, desserts, and seasonal specialties. You'll also find tips for sustainable cooking, ingredient sourcing guides, and personal stories from our journey at Seed to Sprout.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're exploring international shipping options for future print runs. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Will there be a digital version available?

We're focused on the physical cookbook for our first edition, as we believe the tactile experience enhances the cooking journey. However, we may consider a digital version in the future based on customer demand.

Are ingredients easy to find locally?

Absolutely! We've designed our recipes using ingredients commonly found in most grocery stores. Each recipe includes substitution suggestions and sourcing tips. We also provide a helpful ingredient glossary and local sourcing guide for specialty items.

Can I order the cookbook as a gift?

Super happy with the book

Super happy with the book. The book contains all of our favorite dishes from the restaurant along with all of the amazing staples. Big thank you for sharing these amazing recipes with us, but even though we have an hour drive, we’ll still frequently make the trek to the restaurant. Even though we’re close to some amazing plant based restaurants in Philly (vedge, pietramala, and Fitz on 4th), seed to sprout is our favorite

Excited to Try Soon

I am very excited to start cooking from this cookbook! I saw the episode with them on Diners Drive-ins and Dives and I had to try the beet burger and the unique cashew blends. The book has a card in the front of it from the owners and the inside was signed too! It is a beautiful book with lots of photos.
