Kick Your Cold with this Lemon Ginger Tea!

There’s no doubt the germs have been on another LEVEL this holiday season 🤣 With that being said, we’re starting 2025 off strong with a little ginger & lemon bev to help aid any lingering coughs & colds from last year ;)

LEMON & GINGER TEA
1 quart Filtered Water
Ginger (about 2 inches)
Lemon (1, sliced)
Local & raw honey *optional* (shoutout to our neighbors, @oftheearth_apothecary ❤️ )
Cayenne *optional*

Combine water, ginger & lemon in a pot. Simmer for 10-15 mins. Strain into a pitcher and transfer to a glass! Add in local & raw honey and a dash of cayenne (both optional). Stir and enjoy!!
