Let's Make Wellness Shots!

We’re showing you how to make wellness shots – one of our favorite ways to combat germs & viruses during the cold months. They’re packed with super ingredients for fighting inflammation, aiding digestion and more :) 

Wellness Shots
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 pieces of turmeric
- 2 pieces of fresh ginger
- 1 lemon
- 1 spear of pineapple
- Sprinkle of cayenne pepper

Combine all of the in ingredients in a juicer (we love the @namawell cold pressed juicer) and juice! Top with a sprinkle of cayenne pepper and enjoy. Yields 2-3 shots.
