Lion's Mane Tacos!

We know prepping & cooking mushrooms can be a bit intimidating in the beginning, so we’re here to help ya out ;) Let’s get to it!

LION’S MANE TACOS 
1 qt. prepped Lion’s Mane Mushrooms
1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
2 tbsp. Gluten Free Tamari
¾ tsp. Chili Powder
½ tsp. Cumin
½ tsp. Black Pepper
Pinch Sea Salt

Heat a sauté pan on medium heat. Add olive oil & minced garlic, and sauté until the garlic starts to brown. Add your mushrooms, tamari, and spices and sear until mushrooms are golden. Remove from heat, assemble to your liking (we love guac, pico de gallo and pickled red onions), and enjoy!
