Make a Citrus Fennel Salad with us!

Today we’re teaching you how to make a CITRUS FENNEL SALAD – the most perfect addition to your thanksgiving table 🤍

CITRUS FENNEL SALAD
Baby arugula (or any other baby greens)
Red onion (thinly sliced)
Fennel (thinly sliced)
1 Grapefruit (pith & skin removed)
Toasted pumpkin seeds

DRESSING
⅓ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
⅓ cup lemon juice
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
½ tsp sea salt
1 tsp dried italian seasoning
1 Tbsp agave nectar

Add your bed of arugula to a bowl or plate. Add your thinly sliced red onions on top. Cut the top and bottom half of your fennel (keep the top half for garnish), cut out the core, and thinly slice. Add that to the arugula & onions. Cut the ends, skin, and pith off of your grapefruit. Segment your grapefruit, and add those pieces to your salad. Top with pumpkin seeds, citrus dressing and a sprinkle of your fennel fronds.
