Happy Wellness Wednesday! Who’s ready for a little lesson on MARINATED GREENS? 🙌🏽 They’re a crowd fave over here, and we wanted to give you a little behind-the-scenes on how we make our batches. Enjoy, share with a friend and be sure to save this video when you want to come back to it ;)

Recipe!
-Gather a few stalks of kale & rip the greens right off of the stem 🥬
-Rinse, soak & dry (using a salad spinner)
-Add in:
-Extra virgin olive oil 🫒
-Fresh lemon juice (sub with apple cider vinegar) 🍋
-Nutritional Yeast
-Sea Salt 🧂
