TURKEY ALTERNATIVE MARINADE
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
⅓ cup GF tamari
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
¼ tsp. Garlic powder
2 Tbsp. agave nectar
2 Tbsp. Nutritional Yeast
Combine all ingredients, whisk together and marinate your tofu, tempeh, or maitake mushrooms. Once marinated, sear over medium heat on both sides, and once golden brown, enjoy!
