Welcome back to Wellness Wednesday! Today we’re making one of our favorite protein rich snacks that we always have on hand for our kiddos (and ourselves 😉) Grab the recipe below!
PROTEIN BALLS 🌈 💪🏽
1 cup oat flour
½ cup rolled oats
¼ cup vanilla or chocolate protein
2 Tbsp chocolate chips
¾ cup peanut butter (can sub sunflower or almond butter)
6 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp coconut oil
Pinch sea salt
Mix together thoroughly to create a dough. Roll into 1-2 Tbsp balls and coat in natural sprinkles!
