Kale Superfood Smoothie

And we are BACK!! On this week’s Wellness Wednesday we’ll be showing you how to make one of our favorite superfood smoothies that is equally delicious and nutritious.

Recipe!
8-10 oz milk of choice 🥛
1 frozen banana 🍌
1 cup frozen pineapple 🍍
Small chunk of fresh ginger 🫚
Small piece fresh turmeric
1 stalk kale, ripped off the stem 🥬
1 serving of your favorite protein powder! 💪🏽
